STR was established in May 2007 by two guys who wanted to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Our mission is to motivate others to become more active regardless of their size, shape or previous athletic experience. So get off that couch and join the STR REVOLUTION!
Sounds like a nice race but it is just too close to the end of the semester for me. I'm sure someone in the D-town area will join you.

Ps. KB and I ran both Saturday and Sunday in shorts and a t-shirt for the first time all year...I LOVE SPRING!
I am already signed up for the 5 mile trail run on that day, but I am sure the Belle Isle race will be great.
